Users and Controls

The Pierhouse Digital Asset Library provides system administrators with the option to define users and their access rights. This provides you with the flexibility to enable different rules for internal and external users.

Workflows

Straight forward workflow control makes it possible to require authorisation prior to use.

Internal users

Departments may allocate different users to upload or use the system as they consider appropriate.

External users

Suppliers and agencies are able to upload images remotely. Service provider, affiliates, customers, printers and whoever else you choose can download images, saving on post and ensuring correct delivery.
