As your digital library grows, your ability to organise and categorise your assets will become increasingly important.

To make your life easier, the Pierhouse Digital Asset Library gives you the options to:

• define categories
• add your own meta data
• upload any embedded data and map these against your tags

The extensive search facility will return thumbnails of images and video clips making it straight forward for the user to identify the asset they are seeking. In addition, any images created from the original by users will not clutter your digital asset library unless they are uploaded. The search options include:

• Key words
• ID
• Orientation
• Metadata status (complete or incomplete)
• Active Status
• Usage Rights
• Categories
