Technology to manage large file support

We have invested in technology that makes it possible for you to manage large image files online. Best seen live with our demo or during your trial, you will note that the software will present images in a format that works online whilst giving you the flexibility to download high resolution images should you wish.

Batch uploads

To make your life easier, you can upload images individually or in batches.

Crop & resize

Once uploaded images can easily be cropped and resized.

Auto archiving of originals

An uploaded image will remain safe, even when derivatives that are cropped or resized are produced by your colleagues.

Pre-defined download settings

You can configure your digital library to give users pre-set image compression and format options so that they can download images to match their requirements without having to understand what settings will best meet their needs. For example, you could define settings for pre-press, local printing, powerpoint presentation or web page.
